The Winholt NHPL heating/proofing cabinet is durable, easy to use, and packed with useful features. The proof mode features adjustable humidity levels up to 95% with temperatures up to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat mode has a temperature range up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

With sturdy 5" polyurethane plate casters, the NHPL is stable and maneuverable. The front casters have locks, and the cabinet has corner bumpers to protect the unit and your other kitchen appliances and fixtures.

Its clear Lexan door provides clear visibility to inside contents and features a tight-fitting gasket held closed with magnets to keep the heat and humidity where they belong. The door can open up to 270 degrees, so loading is simpler without the door getting in the way. A clear, easy to read LED thermometer allows you to check the temperature at a glance, while the digital thermostatic controls are intuitive to operate. Additionally, the digital control door slides out for easy cleaning and maintenance. Heavy-duty aluminum construction makes this cabinet durable to hold up well to wear and tear. A 110V electrical connection is required for operation.
