The Blodgett SHO-100-E double electric convection oven is constructed of stainless steel to resist corrosion and has a fully welded iron frame for support. It's electrically heated with three tubular heating elements, while the interior compartment is lined with double-sided porcelain for even heat distribution. It can hold five 18-inch-by-26-inch, full-size pans per section, and the Blodgett SHO-100-E full-size convection oven has a removable front-control panel with a cook/cool-down mode. Solid mineral fiber insulation on the back and fiberglass insulation on the top, sides, and bottom keep heat inside, while a black soft touch tubular handle provides a comfortable grip without transferring heat.
